End User License Agreement — Default Values Everywhere for Jira (one page)

1. License. While your subscription is active (or for free for up to 10 users), you may use the app on your Atlassian Cloud sites for your internal business purposes. Billing, trials and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms.
2. Your data stays yours. We claim no rights over your data. The app stores only what the Privacy Policy lists, inside Atlassian, and we have no access to it.
3. No surprise changes. We will not change these terms to your detriment during a paid subscription period. Any change applies at renewal, with at least 30 days' notice on the Marketplace listing.
4. Acceptable use. Do not reverse-engineer, resell or use the app to break the law or Atlassian's terms.
5. Support. We provide support as described on the support page (target: first response within 1 business day; critical issues within 24 hours).
6. Warranty. The app is provided "as is". We fix confirmed defects with reasonable effort; security fixes follow Atlassian's Security Bug Fix Policy.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end the license if you materially breach it; if we retire the app, we will give at least 90 days' notice.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the law applicable in New Caledonia; the courts of Nouméa have jurisdiction.
